Our entry level electronic key traka system offers the perfect solution!  This budget priced electronic key tracking / key management system, offers virtually all of the features of its sophisticated bigger brother, but access control is via PIN number only.

Only authorised users have access:

When only authorised users should be allowed access to your keys, and you need a full audit trail of who has used them (or attempted to remove them), the time and date when they were taken, and when they were returned, etc., this clever key traka key management system provides the complete solution

This sophisticated, electronic key management system offers foolproof, fully automatic control of key issue and return, backed up by a comprehensive activity logging and reporting system.

How does it work?

Each key (or key bunch) is secured into the electronic locking board within the cabinet by the intelligent "ifob" retention peg, so each key is uniquely identifiable. 

Each user is also uniquely identifiable via their PIN number, which they key into the digital keypad to access or return keys.

Total control:

The system allows for access to individual keys to be restricted to specified users only (i.e. user "C"  may be authorised to access keys 1,4 and 8 only - but may not access any other keys within the cabinet).

Full audit trail:

Each time a user removes or returns a key (or attempts to access an unauthorised key) the transaction is logged for the reporting system. So you will always have a full log of key activity - including time and date of key removal and return (therefore how long it was out of the cabinet), and who had it. The software link to a PC allows the full activity log to be printed or archived. 

This is a stand alone system and is available in two models, which will accommodate either 10 or 20 keys (or key bunches) respectively. The system is designed as an instant, off the shelf customer installable solution.
